You can place your order in a few simple steps –

Step 1: Register with Shreengaar by clicking on the “Login/Register” menu on the top right-hand corner of the page and go for register. If you already have an account then just login.

Step 2: Click the “Add to Bag” button on the products you wish to purchase and they will be added to your shopping bag.

Step 3: Select your delivery location from the list and calculate totals then proceed to checkout.

Step 4: If you are already logged into the Shreengaar, enter your order details and place an order. If you are not logged into Shreengaar, then you can login or register on checkout page as well.

Step 5: You can use any valid coupon code by apply coupon on checkout to receive a discount on your order.

Step 6: Once the order is placed, you will see a thank you page with your order details. Also, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Login to Shreengaar and visit dashboard where you can review the status of your orders and other detailed information by visiting the “Orders”. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders as well.

We alongside our delivery partners do our best to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

  • Within Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 working days from the date of the order placement.
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-5 working days from the date of order placement.
Order can be canceled unless the order is dispatched for delivery.
  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Out of stock means that currently the product is not available in the Shreengaar inventory.
In-case you see a price difference for the same product it is possible that a new stock has been provided by our suppliers which is at a different price point than the older stock. Additionally, it is possible that we recently provided some offer on their new stock leading to a price difference.
Delivery charge is the shipping fee which is applicable only on orders. This is to cover for our logistics cost to ensure that products are delivered at your doorstep in the best and safest way possible.

To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we package our products in boxes, which are covered in plastic layers. Each individual product is then packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We are a retailer and not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. We guarantee you genuine products by sourcing all items directly from brands and authorized distributors of the products, but cannot undertake the responsibility for the claims of warranty and benefits made by the manufacturer.
Yes, that you must create a Shreengaar account to be able to place an order. You can create account during the checkout as well. It is our policy to prevent spam orders.

All you need to do is provide us your email address and a password of your choice. On the other hand, you can use your Facebook or Google account for sign up. It’s that simple!

Signing up for a Shreengaar account will give you substantial benefits and give you a superior experience while shopping. You can:

  • Track all past and present orders at any time in one place.
  • Receive notifications of recent offers and sale campaigns.
  • Receive notifications as soon as your favourite products are back in stock.
  • Rate and review products.
  • Never need to fill in your address and payment details more than once.
Currently, Shreengaar offers you Cash on Delivery only. You can pay cash upon delivery. We will soon offer you multiple payment options.

This option allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout. You can only make CoD payments in Nepalese Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency, demand drafts and cheques.

  • When you click on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any coupon code.
  • On this page, you can enter the coupon code and the respective discount will be applied to your order.
  • You can then proceed to checkout and pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

Note: Only one coupon code can be used on a single order. If you choose to cancel an order after applying a coupon code, it would not be usable for a later purchase. In case of suspected misuse of coupons, Shreengaar reserves the right to cancel orders.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
  • Product is used or altered
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number, Bar Code or Similar is tampered
  • Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Change of mind after the delivery of order
Categories not eligible for Return:
  • Electronic products / Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues
  • Consumables (e.g health supplements, pills, baby products)
  • Sanitary pads and Diapers – Products should not be used, washed or dirty, The product must also be in its original box/packaging with all tags attached, to be eligible for returns.
  • Promotional products (eg: Promotional lipsticks, compacts, mascaras, etc) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand
  • Lingerie, shapewear, swimwear and underwear

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. In case you are not satisfied with particular item(s) in your order, you could either request for a replacement or a refund within 7 business days of receiving the order.
In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back.
